Web Fraud and Phishing
Last updated: September 11, 2026
Manhattan Capital Solutions, LLC (“Manhattan Capital Solutions”) is committed to protecting our clients, partners, and the public from fraud. This page describes common fraudulent schemes that may misuse our name and provides guidance on how to recognize and report them.
How Fraudsters May Misuse Our Name
Bad actors sometimes impersonate legitimate firms to lend credibility to fraudulent schemes. This may include the unauthorized use of our name, logo, or the names of individuals associated with our firm in emails, websites, social media, messaging applications, or documents.
Warning Signs of Fraud and Phishing
Be cautious of any communication that:
- Promises guaranteed, unusually high, or “risk-free” investment returns;
- Pressures you to act urgently or to keep the matter confidential;
- Requests payment via wire transfer, cryptocurrency, or gift cards;
- Asks for sensitive information such as passwords, account numbers, or government identifiers;
- Comes from an email address or domain that does not match our official website;
- Contains spelling or grammatical errors, or links to unfamiliar websites.
What We Will Never Do
Manhattan Capital Solutions will never ask you to send funds to a personal account, request your account passwords, or guarantee investment returns. We will never demand payment through gift cards or cryptocurrency, and we will not pressure you to bypass standard verification procedures.
How to Protect Yourself
- Verify the sender’s email address and any website domain carefully;
- Do not click links or open attachments from unknown or unexpected sources;
- Never share passwords, one-time codes, or financial account details;
- Independently confirm any request by contacting us through the official channels on this website.
Reporting Suspected Fraud
If you receive a communication that appears to fraudulently use our name, or if you believe you have been targeted by a scam, please contact us immediately through the form on our website and do not respond to the suspicious message. You may also wish to report the incident to your local authorities and, where applicable, to relevant regulatory bodies.
Manhattan Capital Solutions is not responsible for any losses resulting from fraudulent schemes carried out by third parties who misuse our name without authorization.
