Portfolio Operations Associate

As a Portfolio Operations Associate, you will own the daily operational backbone of the firm — trade settlement, reconciliation, reporting, and the controls that keep a disciplined process running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Manage trade capture, settlement, and daily reconciliation;
• Produce accurate portfolio, performance, and risk reporting;
• Strengthen operational controls and process documentation;
• Coordinate with counterparties, custodians, and service providers.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years in investment operations, fund administration, or a related role;
• Meticulous attention to detail and a controls mindset;
• Comfort with operational systems and spreadsheets;
• A proactive, ownership-driven approach.
