Cecilia Henningsen

Cecilia brings nearly two decades of business experience and more than a decade of active participation in financial markets, with experience across equities, derivatives, portfolio strategy, and risk management.

Her career and international experience span London, Paris, New York, and Los Angeles, providing her with a global perspective on business, markets, and investment strategy. Her background encompasses entrepreneurship, strategic communications, and building emerging brands and companies, bringing a multidisciplinary perspective to investment strategy and long-term value creation.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and an MBA, complemented by advanced business and finance certifications from Stanford University and the University of California, Irvine.

William (Bill) Holcomb

Bill brings four decades of experience in financial markets and trading, alongside thirty years of executive leadership. He is the founder and CEO of Behavioral Health Concepts, Inc. and previously served as CEO of Riverside Psychiatric Hospital.

He holds an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago and a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from the University of Missouri, and has taught Entrepreneurship and Strategic Management at the graduate and undergraduate levels at the University of Missouri and the University of South Florida and Social Psychology at UC Berkeley.

He was the founder and CEO of Behavioral Health Concepts, Inc, and managed a large public mental health system of more than 3,000 employees.

That combination — a forty-year record in the markets, formal training in finance, and a career spent studying how people make decisions under pressure — informs the firm’s approach to risk, discipline, and market psychology.
